In my experience, if we use a UK Travel Agent or Tour Operator, they are the only agents who can amend the booking you have made with them, and if they can only access the availability on the UK Walt Disney World site, there is nothing more they can do if that allocation has sold out. Firstly, I would keep checking, every day if necessary, as sometimes alternative options do become available. You can access the US site and check availability and prices, and you could make a new booking yourself. However, I would stress that you keep in mind the exchange rate UK £/US$, and also consider that you would probably incur certain cancellation charges from your original booking. I wonder if you are talking about upgrading your room at
Disney's All Star Sports Resorts, from a Standard Room to a Preferred Room, or if you are thinking about upgrading your Disney Resort hotel choice? If you want to upgrade your room, you could ask at check-in, when you arrive at your hotel. You never know if something will be available, especially if it is still available to be booked on the US website. I see you are visiting in mid-December, and while there are a lot of wonderful magical experiences to enjoy at that time of year, it is also typically a very popular time to visit so hotel options may be slightly limited. I recommend you call the
Walt Disney Travel Company International on freephone 0800 169 0730 and ask if they can assist you.
