I booked All Star Movies resort (8/30/09-9/4/09) through a travel agent. My package includes a standard room. Can I do online check-in and request a specific building to be closer to buses, pool etc, even though I did not book through Disney? Suggestions?

Hello Rhonda! Yes, you can still use online check-in. Reservations booked by a third party should use the mydisneyreservation.com link. If this doesn't work, I would recommend you call your travel agent for assistance. And if all else fails, there is a phone number you can call for assistance - 407-828-7128.You can also have your travel agent add these requests to your existing reservation. Note: for guests who book through Disney direction, please continue to use the mydisneyvacation.com link.Have a magical vacation! Diane
