Hi. I booked in the All Star Movies but didnt book the dining plan. Can I still add it and is it worth it?

    Hi Johanna!

In order to get the Disney Dining Plan, you have to be on a package reservation, meaning room and tickets.  If you have a package, you can just call Disney and ask them to add one of the Disney Dining Plans to your reservation.  You just need to do this a couple of days before you arrive; you can't wait until you get there.

If you don't have a package, you have to add tickets as well.  However, that's very easy to do!  By the way, you don't have to have a specific number of days on your ticket.  So, for example, you could have one day park tickets but 6 nights of a Disney Dining Plan!

I can't tell you whether it is worth or not.  It really depends on how your party likes to dine and what restaurants you will eat in.  I can tell you, however, that some guests save a lot of money, some save only a little, and some actually spend more by being on a Disney Dining Plan.  The best thing to do is to do the math yourself by looking at some restaurants and picking some sample items.  You can find the menu, including prices, for every Table Service and Quick Service restaurant at Walt Disney World at the independent website AllEars.Net.  It's a great website for trip planning.

I hope this helps!  Write back with more questions!
