We are booked at the All Star Movie Resort in a preferred room the first week of September. Is it possible to call the resort and ask to stay in one of the Toy Story buildings? I'm sure this is the one my 4 year old grandson would prefer. Thanks!

I would recommend that you call 407-W-DISNEY and have your request noted on your reservation.

Then at Check In, politely ask the Cast Member if you've been assigned to a Toy Story building.

If you have booked through a travel agent, your TA may need to make the request for you.

Room assignments are not guaranteed (beyond getting the preferred room that you booked),  however Cast Members will try to fulfill your request. You can also ask again at Check In!
