Hi, booked a standard room at POFQ next June, our 3rd trip and first moderate. I am traveling w/ my 10yr daughter, we do not want close to the pool, would bldg 6 be too far removed? Blg 5 better? So excited to stay here. Thank you so much for yr advice.

Hi Linnea!

I just love the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort! It is so compact that none of the buildings are that far away from French Quarter Square, the main building (which houses food, the front desk, and transportation) or the pool. Buildings Number 2 and 5 are closest to the Pool and Buildings 3 and 4 are closest to the French Quarter Square building and they are near the pool as well. Buildings 1, 3, and 7 are the most far away, but they are still close enough to everything as well.

I hope that your stay at Port Orleans French Quarter is truly magical for you and your daughter!
