We are booked in a standard room at Coronado Springs in March 2012. What buildings are standard and what preferred rooms. Is there a map so we can see if we think it's worth the upgrade. We are traveling with 2a 2c one being a birthday girl.

Walt Disney World sure is a great place to celebrate a birthday!

As far as I am aware, the preferred rooms are located in the Casitas Buildings 1, 2 & 3.

If you decide to stick with your standard room, I would recommend that you take a look at the map, decide where you would like to be situated at and call Disney's Coronado Springs Resort direct on (407) 939-1000 to have your request noted against your reservation. Although requests cannot be guaranteed, Cast Members will try their very best to accommodate your preferences.
