Hi there, Jennifer!
Welcome back to planDisney. We're so glad you've returned with another
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! I'm excited to hear that you're planning another visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth in early 2024. The countdown is officially on!
Jennifer, I just love chatting about the fabulous
Disney Resort hotels. A split-stay is a fantastic way to experience two unique Disney Resort hotels and their offerings, and yours sounds absolutely magical. At
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, you're just steps away from Magic Kingdom Park. Since you've selected a Theme Park View room, you'll have a fantastic view of
Happily Ever After from the comfort of your balcony! At
Disney's Beach Club Villas, some rooms facing south/southwest may have partially-obscured views of nearby theme park fireworks, but I recommend making the short walk down to the shore of Crescent Lake for a better view. Though there's no guarantee that a room request will be honored, it never hurts to make the request!
I recently enjoyed my first stay at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Jennifer. My son and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at
Steakhouse 71, followed by a day filled with crafting at the Community Hall and playing in the sand on the beach! As a Guest of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, you're steps away from Magic Kingdom Park, so take advantage of the security checkpoint located on the walking path between your Resort hotel and the theme park! Also, be sure to catch the
Electrical Water Pageant that illuminates Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon after the nightly fireworks show to cap off an enchanting evening.
At Disney's Beach Club Villas, you'll have a number of convenient transportation options available to you. You can access Disney's Hollywood Studios by watercraft, the
Disney Skyliner, or a scenic walking path! Guests of
Disney's BoardWalk area Resort hotels also have a unique advantage when it comes to mornings at EPCOT. You'll be able to enter EPCOT via the International Gateway instead of the main theme park entrance, which will allow you quick and convenient access to the fan-favorite attraction,
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure! I recommend "rope-dropping" this attraction in the France pavilion to start off your day and minimize your wait time.
Jennifer, I hope you've found this information helpful as you continue to plan your incredible split-stay vacation. I'm wishing you a magical and memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to revisit us here at
planDisney again anytime. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
