I booked a solo trip at the Swan/Dolphin. I now see myself listed twice in My Planning Party. Once it's me with park reservations, tickets and dining but no hotel. Second listing is my name with just hotel reservations. Is this normal for the Swan?

    Welcome Home, Paul!

Thanks for stopping by with your wondEARful question about the plans in your My Disney Experience account.

Paul, congratulations on booking your magical vacation! I am a huge fan of traveling to Walt Disney World Resort as a solo Guest. I hope you enjoy your stay in the Walt Disney World Swan hotel.

Paul, what you are seeing in your My Disney Experience account is completely normal. Hotels such as the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Disney Springs area hotels show up in My Disney Experience accounts differently than Disney Resorts Collection hotels do.

You should see your hotel reservation as one plan, and all your other entitlements and reservations as a separate one — even if they are occurring on overlapping dates.

I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other questions, please remember planDisney is always here to help you.

    All EARS,
