    We booked short notice by Disneys standards so all Character Dining experiences were booked. After several attempts with no luck, a table came up at Tusker House for a lunch character meal at 4:20 p.m. on Tues. Nov. 18th. Are characters still around at 4

    Hi Brian:

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I just looked at the hours for Tusker House Restaurant for Tuesday November 18th, and it looks like lunch runs until 5:00 pm.  That is great news, because the Characters will be available during breakfast and lunch, so yo will be able to meet and interact with Donald and his friends.  As long as you have made a lunch reservation, the Characters will be available during your meal.
