Hi Nathalie,
Welcome to the Moms Panel, and congratulations on booking a Dream cruise! Disney Cruise Line sets the standard when it comes to dining, and offers rotational dining to give their guest the ultimate meal time experience.
With rotational dining, you will be assigned a dining room to attend each evening - your schedule will be in your stateroom upon arrival onboard. What is wonderful about rotational dining is that you have the opportunity to dine in each of the magnificently themed dining rooms,
Animator's Palate,
Enchanted Garden, and
Royal Palace yet you don't have to change your table number, table mates or servers. Although you will be in a new dining room each night, your servers will rotate with you which allows for exceptional service.
Since there are three main restaurants, and you have four nights of your voyage - you will dine in one of the restaurants more than once. Unfortunately at this time you don't know which one, or on which day. If you are looking to make your Palo reservation on the same evening you are scheduled to "repeat" a dining room, I suggest contacting the cruise line to inquire into your dining rotation. Be sure to let them know you are tying to book Palo so they can assist you in requesting a certain rotation if necessary.
If your children are in the clubs over a meal time - the will be served lunch and/or dinner. Depending on their age and your comfort level, they could still go to dinner at their scheduled time in their scheduled restaurant even if you are at Palo.
I hope this helps, have a great time!
