Hello. I’ve booked 2 separate staterooms under my Disney Account. Will the second stateroom need to create an account for check-in? Or will I be able to take care of everything under my own account for both staterooms?

Ahoy there, Danielle!  Welcome to planDisney!  I'm glad that you sailed by with your questions.

Your Disney Cruise Line vacation is just around the riverbend! If I understand your question correctly, you will be able to complete the Online Check-in under your MyDisney account and not need to create a second account.  If you do not see both reservations when you sign into your account, I suggest that you contact Disney Cruise Line directly for additional assistance.

Danielle, I like to save all the documentation I need for Online Check-In in one folder on my laptop.  You will need payment information, such as a major credit card, for your onboard account, pre and post-cruise travel information, headshots for each person in your traveling party, and images of your travel documentation. For your headshots, make sure that only one person is in the photo at a time, and remove your glasses if you wear them.

If you have any other questions, come back to visit us at planDisney before your cruise.

    Happy Sailing!
