    Hello!! I just booked our second WDW vacation for 2/12, staying at CBR. We stayed at POR last time and wanted to try something different. I have recently read some reviews that are making me question my hotel choice. Please give me your opinion of CBR.

    Hi Jodi!

    I think Caribbean Beach Resort has an awesome pool and I love the theming of some of the rooms, especially the Pirate themed rooms!  Many guests also enjoy the carefree feeling of the resort and they absolutely love it.

    However, Caribbean Beach Resort is not my favorite Moderate Resort.  I think it is too large and too spread out.  I only enjoy staying there if I have my own car to make getting around a lot easier.  I also think the food court is too small for the number of guests that routinely visit that resort. 

    If you have a car, then I recommend trying it out.  But if you don't, then I recommend staying at Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter instead.  Since you've already been to Riverside, maybe you could try French Quarter on this trip for some variety.  As a guest of French Quarter, you are entitled to visit Port Orleans Riverside to use any of its amenities, including the pool!
