Hi, just booked our second trip to Disney in June. We are staying at the Beach Club again, but this time we booked a one bedroom villa. Are there a washer and dryer in the room and does it cost anything?

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Disney's Beach Club Villas is such a beautiful resort.  I love the walking distance to Epcot, and of course, a swim in Stormalong Bay!

The answer is yes!  Disney Vacation Club villas that are one bedroom or larger have a washer and dryer in the villa, and there is no cost to you to use it.  I love being able to do laundry on vacation.  It means that we can pack less and simply throw in a load of laundry every so often.  You will find a starter package of laundry detergent for one load of laundry in the villa when you arrive.  You will need to provide your own laundry detergent if you will do more laundry.  You can call and request more from housekeeping, but there may be a small fee associated with this.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Jennifer.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
