Hi there, we have booked a savannah room at AKL and also booked a cot/crib for our 18 mth old, ive seen that although being deluxe the rooms at AKL are not the biggest, will there be space with a cot or will it be cramped and maybe need to change room type

It really depends on how much space you're used to, Nigel.  While it's true that the rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge are not the largest on site, I don't imagine you'd find that the portable crib to be especially burdensome.  You can always move it to an area of the room that is out of the way.  You could also fold it up when it's not in use if you do find it to be an inconvenience.  That way, it would only take up space while your little one was sleeping in it.  But, I wouldn't worry about it; the cribs are really not that large.  Enjoy your trip!
