We are booked into Saratoga Springs in March and I a wondering if they have BBQ's available to use. If so, are they gas or charcoal. This is our first time staying at a DVC, any other suggestions of items to bring for the room?

    Hi Jodi,

Let me be one of the first to say "Welcome Home" to Disney Vacation Club! You have many years of magical vacations ahead of you. My family and I enjoy using the BBQ grills to cook some of our meals when we are at Walt Disney World as well.

At Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, there are BBQ grills available for guest use. They are located at The Grandstand Pool area and the Congress Park Pool area. They are charcoal, and you will need to provide your own charcoal for use in these grills, as well as matches to light the charcoal.

You will find that your villa or deluxe studio at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa will be well-stocked with all of the essentials that you need for a great vacation. Deluxe studios and villas come with starter packs of toiletries such as shampoo and soap, as well as the dishes that you will need in the kitchen or kitchenette. In one-bedroom and larger villas, you will find starter packs of laundry and dish detergent as well. If you are staying for a longer duration, you might want to bring additional laundry detergent, or any toiletries that you find you use a lot of, such as a particular conditioner. You do need to bring your own groceries.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Jodi. Have a great time planning your first Disney Vacation Club stay, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
