Hi, I have booked the Runners Retreat for January's Marathon at Walt Disney World. Could you tell me what to expect in there such as what food, drinks etc are available. I am wondering if I need to have anything before I leave the hotel. Thanks

    Hi Andrew!

I love, love, LOVE the race retreat tent!  I love that it takes the worry out of your morning.  In the past, there has been an assortment of bagels and fruit to eat.  They also have water, coffee, sodas, and POWERADE.  I usually eat a bagel with peanut butter spread and one banana before the race.  If there is anything special you eat, you may want to plan to bring it.

After the race, there will be a hot buffet available for you.  I usually sit on the sofas in the tent for a while to cool off, and then get a nice hot meal before leaving for the day!

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
