Gawrsh! I am so sorry you have a sick member of the family! You do have a few options, but it is time to take action. Your room-only reservation may be canceled with no penalty up to five days in advance or six days if booked online. The first night's rate is the penalty for canceling outside of this window. You may also be able to modify your reservation online through your
My Disney Experience account.
Let's check your options! Go ahead and log into your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over My Disney Experience and choose "Plans and Tickets." Scroll down to find your resort stay, look to the right, if eligible you will see a box with "Change Reservation." Click on it and follow the prompts to check for alternative dates. Please note, you will be responsible for any higher rates than originally booked. If you would prefer to cancel, under your confirmation number choose "Cancel Reservation." You will confirm and submit.
Your
Theme Park Tickets dates may be modified up to midnight Eastern Time prior to the scheduled theme park visit. Again, any difference in higher pricing must be paid to complete the transaction. Do not forget to make any
Theme Park Reservations needed and check the
availability calendar.
