I have booked a room only rate for Pop Century 2/11-2/16. I booked a reservation for just one table service, at Captain's Grille on Valentine's Day. Any suggestions on counter service dining so we get a variety of food, instead of just burgers? MK, AK, HS

    Hi Michelle!

Congratulations on your Valentine's trip to Walt Disney World!

One of the things I love most at the four parks, is that there is SUCH a huge variety of quick service dining options. I rarely eat a burger anywhere to be honest - and never go hungry either!

At Magic Kingdom, a few of my favourites for a delicious 'non-burger' lunch or dinner include Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland and Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square. The amazing new Be Our Guest restaurant offers a casual yet elegant quick service lunch.

At Animal Kingdom park, the great choices continue. Flame Tree BBQ is a top pick for lunch or dinner time. I absolutely love their Barbecued Chicken Salad. Yak and Yeti Counter Service offers a variety of delicious Asian-inspired items.

Hollywood Studios has some amazingly delicious gourmet sandwich offerings at Starring Rolls Cafe as well as one of my favourites, the pretzel Dog at Min and Bill's Dockside Diner.

If you find yourself in Epcot during your stay, my favourite location for a great variety of delectable dining options, is the Sunshine Seasons food court in the lower level of The Land pavilion in Future World.

To view each of these Quick Service menus, and many more, in their entirety, consider a visit to the allearsnet.com website. This non-official Disney 'fan' site keeps up to date information on all the Disney dining options. Choose the Walt Disney World tab and then the Dining option, then menus. I'm getting hungry just thinking about all those delicious meal options.

I hope these recommendations and tips are helpful to you Michelle!
