    I booked a room at Pop century months ago,now I can’t go because of work. I want my kids to be able to go and so my mom/dad were going to take them for me but all the rooms are sold out and the ones that aren’t are triple price. Can I change to their name?

    Hi Kyle! I'm so sorry to hear your plans have changed, but I applaud your dedication to your work. I know your kiddos will learn so much from you. I'm also very excited to see your mom/dad will be joining them at Walt Disney World Resort! What an amazing gift you are giving your family!

    Did you book direct with Disney Parks or through a travel agency? For Disney Resort Hotel Package bookings, based on the current policy and with the understanding pricing is subject to change, if you have a vacation package, you may change or cancel your Resort hotel reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package. Changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee. Non-refundable airfares could incur additional change fees depending on the airline. If you have a room only reservation, it can be modified at any time prior to arrival without penalty. I encourage you to contact a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. They can provide further details based on your Resort hotel reservation.
