Hello, Estefani!
That’s wonderful. My family and I stayed at the
Paradise Pier Hotel during our most recent visit to the Disneyland Resort. We enjoyed the convenient location, spacious rooms, and
early entry benefits.
Guests who require a crib or a portable playpen may request one from a Cast Member at the hotel front desk. In case your room assignment changes at some point during your check-in day, I recommend submitting your request as you are going up to your room for the first time. The hotel staff will have one sent up to your room right away! Cribs and playpens may be limited in number and are available on a first-come basis. But I spoke with Donny, a Paradise Pier Hotel Cast Member, who assured me they have a sufficient number available to meet the needs of Guests.
Tony’s Tip: You may get to experience the
new park entrance exclusively for Guests of the Paradise Pier Hotel. If you have
theme park reservations for
Disney California Adventure Park, you may access this entrance by walking across the street toward
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. You’ll approach a gate that leads toward the Grand Californian lobby. Rather than go through that gate, turn right to approach the gate set aside for Paradise Pier Hotel Guests. It leads to a path behind the Grand Californian where you will find both a security checkpoint and a ticketing entrance right into the
Paradise Gardens Park area of the park. If you are heading to
Disneyland Park, you may proceed through the gate to the Grand Californian. Then follow signs that take you through the hotel lobby to the convention center and the courtyard where the security checkpoint takes you to the
Downtown Disney District. A short walk through the shopping district leads to the main entrance of both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
With your little one, you may wish to take a stroller or
rent one outside the entrance to Disneyland Park. If you bring your own stroller, you will want to be familiar with
stroller size and usage rules.
Have a magical time, Estefani!
