Hi Tarese,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. You’ve taken the exciting first step in planning your Walt Disney World vacation by booking your resort room. No matter which resort you’ve chosen, I know you are in for a magical time – they are all so wonderful!
Tarese, in order to make your FastPass+ selections you must have theme park tickets purchased and linked to your resort reservation. Once you’ve purchased the tickets, you’ll be able to use the ticket number or bar code on the back of the ticket to link your tickets to your reservation. Using
My Disney Experience, be sure to set up profiles for each member of your party so you can assign tickets to them. Once the tickets are successfully linked to your resort reservation and assigned to each member of your party, you will be ready to make
FastPass+ selections.
Because you’ll be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll be able to make those FastPass+ selections when you are 60 days from your check-in date. In order to have the best chance of securing FastPass+ reservations for your top choice attractions, I highly recommend making sure your tickets are linked in advance of your 60 day window opening up.
Tarese, as Rapunzel would say, “it’s a very big day, Pascal!” You are going to Walt Disney World! Have fun planning, and please come back to see us if you have any more questions.
Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted FastPass+ selection day,
Robyn
