    I've booked a room at GF theme park view for my parents who have limited mobility/endurance. They use electric scooters. Best location for ease to monorail/common areas? How do I request this? May I meet them in A.M. from Coronado to assist/travel to MK?

    Hi Julie,



    The majority of the theme park view rooms are located in Boca Chica. Although, we stayed in Sago Cay and also had a view of Cinderella Castle. Both of these buildings are relatively close to the main building, although Boca Chica is a little bit closer. The main building has access to the monorail and restaurants.



    You can call the Grand Floridian directly, 9 days prior to your arrival at: 407-824-3000. Ask to speak with a room assigner at that point and explain your concerns to them regarding your parents. You can also write them a letter and fax it to 407-824-3186. Be sure to send it to Attention: Room Assigner. They get the arrival lists at 9 days out, so you need to wait until that time. 



    You are welcome to meet your parents in the morning and travel over on the monorail with them.
