From what I'm seeing, it looks like
Goofy's Kitchen has available reservations through Thursday, November 14. It was recently announced on the
Disney Parks Blog that "
Goofy's Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays!" will take place beginning November 19, and you're correct that there has also been a special Thanksgiving meal offered in the past at Goofy's Kitchen in previous years as well. However, as of this time, there haven't been any official announcements as to if that special Thanksgiving meal will return to Goofy's Kitchen this year or when we'll be able to make reservations past that November 14 date.
I have seen that some of these seasonal offerings at dining locations have not been available to book until a bit closer to the beginning of that season - it was similar with the
Halloween dining at Goofy's Kitchen as well this year and last. My suggestion would be to keep checking the Goofy's Kitchen reservation page as we get closer to Thanksgiving.
