We booked a room at the Art of Animation resort(Little Mermaid room)in a few weeks! Its our 1st trip!! We want to contact the resort to put in a request for a specific view and a playpen request and need a # to call. Does anyone have a #? Thanks a million!

    Hey Christine-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wahoo! You are going to have the best time at Walt Disney World Resort. Make sure when you check-in to ask the Cast Member for a “1st Visit” button and wear it with pride.

At Disney’s Art of Animation Resort your family can live in the world of Simba, Lightning McQueen, Ariel and Nemo. This is the newest value resort and my family loved it. The Big Blue Pool is enormous, fun and adorned with a splash pad for the kids. My sons spent all day at the pool including a splash pad battle. We made a Lion King Suite our “den” where everyone had a bed and a comfortable place to sit and eat. The kitchenette is perfect.

Pack’N Play portable cribs are available for your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room upon request. Please call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) and speak with a Cast Member about adding that request to your room. You may also request a specific location either online check-in through My Disney Experience or by phone. Request for room locations are subject to availability and the Cast Members do the best to match your ideal vacation experience.

Disney Dad Tip: Since you are staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort take some time to walk around and enjoy the different areas like the Elephant Graveyard in the Lion King area. You could also walk over Generations Gap Bridge to Disney’s Pop Century Resort and have a slice of Tie-Dyed Cheesecake. Far-out deliciousness!

Christine, enjoy making many Magical Memories during your first visit to the "Most Magical Place on Earth".
