    Hi I booked a room at Art of Animation over the phone. I requested a pet friendly room as we’re traveling with our dog. It has been noted on our reservation confirmation, but no charge was added to our balance for our dog. Is the fee charged upon arrival?

    Every time I hear that a guest will be bringing their dog to Walt Disney World Resort, my heart is happy. I love that dogs are currently able to vacation just like the rest of the family because they deserve the magic as well. 

    When you indicated that you needed dog-friendly accommodations, the current fee should have been charged at that time. I recommend calling (407)934-7639 for assistance with ensuring that fee is included with your Disney's Art of Animation Resort reservation.
