Hello, when I have booked a ride on the fast pass, how long will I have to wait in the fast pass queue? I want to know how long to leave between each fast park booking. Thankyou, Jules

    Hi Julia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Thank you for sending in this question!  FastPass+ is a fantastic system, enabling us to secure a place on our favourite attractions before we even arrive at the theme park.  We can make our reservations 60 days in advance if we are staying at a Disney Resort hotel (30 days in advance if we are staying elsewhere) by using My Disney Experience.  We can initially make 3 selections (one Tier 1, and two Tier 2) at the same park, and then when these have been used, we can make more reservations for the same day, one at a time, for an attraction within any park.  Each FastPass+ time slot is for one hour.  So if you select a FastPass+ for Splash Mountain at 9.00am, you may enter the FastPass+ line at any time between 9.00-10.00am.  You cannot make another reservation within that time slot but are free to make your choices any time after that (subject to availability).  This means your reservations will already be spaced out at hourly intervals, but you do not have to book them back-to-back with no time in between - it is entirely up to you.  Generally, the FastPass+ line moves at a good pace, and even including the time spent on the ride itself, you wouldn't normally use up the whole hour.  If you arrived at one FastPass+ towards the end of your slot, you could ride that one and then walk straight on to the next FastPass+ because you would already be within your allotted time.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
