    I have booked my resort stay at Art of Animation and bought my park tickets for a visit in December of 2018. I cannot find an option on My Disney Experience to pick our magic bands or customize them. Is it too far out from my reservation to do this?

    Hi Jessica!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm oh so excited that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays. The guest spaces and parks will still be beautifully decorated, and certain Disney Resort Hotels will still smell fantastic thanks to their larger than life gingerbread displays. Pro Tip: You're more than welcome to 'Resort Hop' to visit these displays even if you're not a guest of that specific hotel! (AND If you have a Disney Dining Plan, bring your Refill Mug while hopping as your mug will work at all Disney Resort Hotel Quick Service Dining Locations.)

    I can definitely help you locate your MagicBands. Once you log in to your My Disney Experience account, look under the section titled 'MagicBands and Cards'. Here you should see your December reservation information. If everything is correct, click the reservation which will take you to the page where you can customize each band. If you do not see the reservation information, go over here to manually enter your Resort Hotel confirmation information. Once uploaded you should be able to see the reservation back in the MagicBand and Cards section. You'll have all the way up until 30 days before your arrival date to customize these bands to have them ship to your home, which is great news if you're still undecided on which color band will best match your park outfits.
