    when I booked my resort with my AAA agent I reserved a preferred pool view room near the bus stops!!! Should Pop century be able to honor my request?

    Although guests are allowed to put in room requests, they are not guaranteed.  It is all based on room availability upon check-in.  The folks here at Disney really want you to enjoy your vacation and will certainly do their best to honor your request.
