Hi Ranee!
Happy dance! Only a few days before you set sail on the Disney Fantasy. I adore 7-night sailings, and one with a
Star Wars Day at Sea is the cherry on top! You are in for an amazing experience on this Western Caribbean itinerary.
Tops on my to do list for a Disney cruise is getting reservations at Palo (available on all four ships) or Remy if we are sailing on the
Disney Dream or
Disney Fantasy. A French-inspired meal at
Remy is always a FANTAStic idea. I highly recommend it to everyone I know who sets sail with Captain Mickey!
I understand why you are not wanting to release the current Remy reservation you have, and yet having it also makes it challenging to check for a different night. The only way you would be able to do that online is if you reserved dinner at Remy on the first evening; then the website would allow you to make another reservation at Remy before the end of the sailing.
In your situation, I would suggest
calling Disney Cruise Line and have a Cast Member assist you. This is especially true since you are about to set sail and your ability to make changes online prior to setting sail closes three days prior to sailing.
I always like to assure guests that if they do secure a reservation for adult-exclusive dining prior to getting onboard and later find that it coincides with a specific dinner menu they want to experience, they should check about changing the reservation once onboard. Keep in mind that Remy requires 24 hours advance notice to cancel a reservation, so you must make the change to your current reservation at least 24 hours before that day.
Sending you pixie dust that you get the reservation you want and enjoy a fabulous meal at Remy! Hope you have an incredible voyage!
Bon appétit!
Sherry
