Hi I booked reservations online and I am trying to find where I can put together an itinerary. I seen where if you called and booked the agent helping you would help with an itinerary but I would like to create my own. Is there an app I can use?

    Hi Misty!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!  I don't know of a good app that will do that, but I can tell you what I do!  I either produce a document in Microsoft Word or Excel.  I list each day of my trip and then list the dining reservations for that day and the confirmation numbers.  I also list any available Extra Magic Hours, and the park they are for, for each day of my trip regardless of whether I actually plan to go to Extra Magic Hours or not.  Then I list any special events or shows going on in the park I plan to be in for each day; so for example, I would record the times of the fireworks and parades in the Magic Kingdom.  If you are concerned about losing your master list, you can always print a couple of them out and leave one in your hotel room!

Be sure to bring the confirmation numbers for your dining reservations with you.  That said, I have only used the information once in the last ten years, but it did help that one time when Disney couldn't find my reservation.

I hope this helps!  Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and write back if you have any more questions!
