Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations to your
My Disney Experience account. It would be my pleasure to help walk you through the process.
There are two ways to link a resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account, and I'm happy to tell you that both are as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo! You can either link your reservation using your computer or the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you would like to use the mobile app, click on the three little lines that appear in the bottom-right corner when you open the app. Next, click on "Future Plans." Under Future Plans, you should see a button that says "Link to Account." Click that button, and then click "Type ID." From there, you should see a spot to enter your resort reservation confirmation number and the last name on your reservation. Your resort reservation confirmation number was likely given to you over the phone when you booked your accommodations. You probably also received an email with your confirmation number.
If you would prefer to link your reservations while working on your computer, open the
Walt Disney World website and click on "My Disney Experience" in the upper-right corner of your screen. If you're not already logged into your account, you will need to do so. Once you're logged in, you should see the "Plans and Tickets" screen. Hover your mouse over the Resort Hotel icon, and you will see the "Link a Reservation" button appear. Click on this button and it will take you to a screen where you can enter your confirmation number and the last name on your resort hotel reservation.
Whether you use the website or the app, once your confirmation number and last name are entered, you should be able to view your reservations in the Future Plans and Resort Hotel sections of My Disney Experience.
