    I have booked a reservation with Wyndham Bonnet Creek which is listed as one of the Disney off site hotels that is included in the extra perks. Now I am trying to link my confirmation and if will not link through MDE. Need this for park reservation. Help.

    Thanks for stopping by, we’re so happy to hEAR from you. You must be so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I’m excited for you!

    Your reservation at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, is one of the Disney off-site resorts. I’m going to help you with a few tips and tricks so that you can link this reservation to your My Disney Experience account.

     First, I recommend linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account using the website, not the My Disney Experience Mobile app. If you haven’t tried recently, I recommend trying again. You will need both the confirmation number, and the last name the reservation was made under to access your reservation information. Sometimes it may take up to 72 hours for a new reservation to activate and become linkable.

     If these tips and tricks don’t work, then I think it’s time to call for a Mouseketool. “Ohhh Toodles!”. I was able to find a phone number so that a Cast Member can better assist you if you are still having trouble. The number is, 407-560-CHAT. Just have your confirmation number ready so that a Cast Member can help you solve this mystery.
