I booked a reservation for Walt Disney world for my family on April 15, we want to add an extra day. I can’t seem to locate my tickets in the app? Also can I add a extra day? If so how?

    Hey there, Stacy!

Thanks for stopping in to see us at planDisney! It sounds like your great, big, beautiful tomorrow of a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort is just a dreamy few weeks away. I'm excited for you that you want to spend even more days at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Depending on the type of Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets you purchased, you should be able to change the ticket to add an additional day. Let me try to offer some quick help, and also offer some info for where you can get additional help if needed.

If you open your My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the menu icon in the lower right corner (the three stacked lines), you should see a tile with the label "Tickets and Passes." You should be able to tap on the tile to see your ticket, and you should see an option to change the ticket.

It could be that the feature that allows you to change your ticket might not be available depending on the type of ticket you purchased. If you don't see that you can change your ticket directly, my suggestions is that you contact a Ticket Services Cast Member at Walt Disney World Resort by calling (407) 934-7639.

Stacy, do be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar because you'll want to check that the theme park you wish to visit has reservations available for when you want to visit. You'll then want to make the theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system

I'm wishing you all the fun, plus your extra day of magic, for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
