I booked a reservation for the Tomorrowland Fireworks Dessert party on Friday, December 15th. I just saw that is a MVMCP night. Will I be allowed to stay in the park or will I need to change the Fireworks Dessert party reservation?

Hi, Brenda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for visiting us with your great question!

I am so excited that you have decided to enjoy the Fireworks Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom Park! It really is a fantastic way to indulge your sweet tooth AND get a great view of the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show! I was told that in the past, a Guest required a valid Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket in order to make reservations for Fireworks Dessert Parties, so I guess that silly Stitch must have been playing around with the booking system again! My first suggestion would be to acquire tickets to this great festive event and enjoy some of the yuletide sights and sounds that you won’t see anywhere else at Walt Disney World Resort! If that is not an option for you, then I would suggest rescheduling your Fireworks Dessert Party for another evening as you will not be able to enter Magic Kingdom Park in the evening hours without a valid Special Event ticket.

I hope this answers your question and that you have the most magical vacation, ever! See ya real soon,
