Aloha, Carolyn!
Thanks for stopping by! Let me see if I can share some ideas that might help you secure a ticket to enjoy the
Disneyland Resort.
I imagine you already did that, but it may be worth checking your spam folder if you haven't. Sometimes my email provider sends Disney messages to the spam folder if I get too many in a row. This usually happens when I book many
dining reservations on the same day.
Another alternative that comes to my mind is to look at your credit card records to see if the transaction happened. If it's there, the transaction occurred, and you now own a ticket to the Disneyland Resort! If that's the case, I'd
call the Disneyland Resort to have a Cast Member help you find the ticket number.
But if the transaction doesn't show on your credit card record, it somehow didn't get through. In this case, I suggest
trying again online on another browser or calling the Disneyland Resort to buy the tickets directly.
I'll be here crossing my fingers for you, Carolyn. Let us know if we can help in any other way, okay?
May the magic be with you,
Julie
