Hey there, Ryan, and welcome to planDisney!
This is a great question! You currently need two things to enter the theme parks of the Disneyland Resort - valid
theme park tickets and
theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit. It sounds like you already have both tickets and reservations for the days you originally wanted to visit, but are now not able to visit on those days.
While
theme park tickets are nonrefundable, the good news is that they won't expire for quite awhile. For example, if you purchased multi-day tickets today, they would be good to use until January 12, 2025. This means that all you'll need to do is cancel your current theme park reservations! You can make new reservations immediately afterward for new dates or wait until you figure out your schedule and make those reservations at a later time.
To cancel your current theme park reservations, visit
Disneyland.com and make sure you're logged in to your account. Next, hover of "My Disneyland" in the top right of the window and select "Tickets and Reservation Details." On the next page, scroll down and select "View My PArk Reservation" then click "Cancel Reservation" for those original dates.
I sure hope you get a chance to visit the parks soon! There is so much fun happening at the Happiest Place on Earth this year with the
Disney100 celebration. When you do land on those new dates for your trip, make sure to come back and see us here at planDisney with any other questions you think of. We'd love to help!
Thanks again for your question, Ryan, and have a magical day,
Greg
