    i have booked my reservation for Disney World, but I do not know how to get the magic bands. Can someone help?

    Hello Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Booking a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is an Endlessly Magical experience, however sometimes the magic moves so fast it is hard to figure out where it all went.

    Customizing and receiving MagicBands is primarily done through My Disney Experience under MagicBands and Cards. If you already have a My Disney Experience account, you may customize and arrange shipment of your MagicBands to a home address in the United States to receive them before you travel.

    If you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation through the Walt Disney World Resort website, than you have already provided a confirmation email address. Using that email address, sign-up for a My Disney Experience Account and follow the instructions to customize and ship MagicBands as listed above.

    If you set-up your My Disney Experience Account but do no see your Walt Disney World Resort vacation Reservations listed or do not have the option to customize your MagicBands, I recommend you contact Guest Services at (407)939-4357 to remedy the situation.

    If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, MagicBands are not initially included for your experience but may be purchased separately through the Disney Store online or at various locations in the Theme Parks.
