Hello Kelsey,
It's great to see you here at planDisney, and it's great to see you're looking forward to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
You don't mention if you booked a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package with Resort hotel accommodations and theme park tickets, or if you booked a room-only reservation and then purchased your theme park tickets separately. My suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team at (407)-566-4985, or perhaps
chat with a Cast Member online to get assistance with your tickets.
Let me suggest a few things you can check before you reach out to the ticketing team. Hopefully one of these suggestions might help.
I first suggest you sign in to your
My Disney Experience account and look at your "My Plans" area and look at your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab to see if your theme park tickets are displayed. If you see your tickets displayed, you'll want to make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system.
If you don't see your theme park tickets displayed, my next suggestion is to check your email to see if you received a confirmation email, either for a vacation package (if that's what you booked) or for your theme park tickets (if you purchased them separately). The default delivery method for theme park tickets is email, and you would use the confirmation number you received to
link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Once you link your theme park tickets, you could then go ahead and make your theme park reservations.
When you purchase theme park tickets, you can have the option to choose how you'll get them. You could choose to receive the tickets by postal mail (typically you'd receive them after two weeks) or by express delivery (typically you'd receive them after about three days). If you selected to have tickets delivered and haven't received them as expected, or if you can't locate your confirmation email with the confirmation number, I'd suggest reaching out to the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team for assistance.
Once you have your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and you have your theme park reservations made, you're all set to go enjoy the magic of the theme parks. You could choose to use a
MagicBand for theme park entry, or a theme park admission card you pick up at
Guest Relations, or the
Disney MagicMobile Service on your smart phone.
Kelsey, here's wishing you lots of fun for your Walt Disney World Resort visit!
Jerry
