When I booked a recent trip to Disney I ordered the memory maker in advance. When I log in to look at the photos it is showing prices for me to purchase the photos. How does the memory maker work?

    Hi Lisa!

I'm so happy to hEAR you've recently visited Walt Disney World Resort, and that you pre-purchased Memory Maker before your trip! I hope you had a wonderful vacation and made memories to last a lifetime.

You will be so thankful you chose to invest in the purchase of Memory Maker, and I'm happy to help you use it! Memory Maker, a product that allows you to download all of your PhotoPass photos and videos for one price, is such a wonderful way to preserve all of the magical moments of your Walt Disney World vacation.

Select purchases, tickets, and reservations will not automatically appear in your My Disney Experience and will need to be linked to your account. If you haven't already linked your Memory Maker purchase to your My Disney Experience account, you can log in and link it through this page on the Walt Disney World website. If you've already linked your Memory Maker to your account, or if this solution doesn't remove the watermarks, I encourage you to either call Walt Disney World directly at (407) 939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member or use this convenient email form to reach out for assistance.

I hope you'll soon have the issue resolved and can enjoy all of the awesome PhotoPass pictures you had taken during your vacation.
