Hi Courtney, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I believe the green card you are referring to is an Exchange Certificate. This certificate is not a valid admission card, but you should be able to
link it to your My Disney Experience account so you can begin planning your vacation!
In the My Disney Experience app, click on the ☰ symbol in the bottom right corner. Then select the “My Tickets and Passes” tile. In the upper right corner, click the + symbol, then “Link Tickets & Passes.” From this page, you can open your camera to scan the barcode on the back of the exchange certificate or type in the ID Number from the card.
You should still bring your Exchange Certificate to Walt Disney World Resort to exchange it for a physical ticket, Courtney. If this ticket is part of a
Canadian Resident special offer, you must provide proof of Canadian residency. You can do this at any theme park Guest Relations window or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. My fellow panelists recommend the Disney Springs Ticket Center on the day you arrive so you can enter the theme parks quickly the next day- and if you're going to Disney Springs, I recommend stopping by
Gideon's Bakehouse for a cookie afterward!
I hope this was helpful, Courtney. If I misunderstood your question, please feel free to
return to planDisney so we can continue to help you.
Kaitlin
