Hey there, Andrea. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney to chit-chat with me about your upcoming Disney vacation.
Oh no, Andrea, that is quite the mix-up. But hopefully, we will be able to get it resolved for you. Andrea,
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. While
Walt Disney World and
Disneyland are very similar, they do operate entirely separately from each other. You won't be able to use those theme park tickets interchangeably, unfortunately.
What I would do, Andrea is call the
existing tickets hotline and speak to a Cast Member about the situation. They are going to be able to provide far more insight on what you'll need to do than I can. Unfortunately, I have no control over tickets or anything like that, or I would fix the situation for as you quick as bibbidi bobbidi boo! The number you'll want to call is (407) 934-7639. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. each day. If your schedule allows, it is best to call earlier in the day because wait times do tend to creep up as the day progresses.
If worse comes to worst, you can always change the date of your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to a later date. Then, you can plan another magical adventure to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. A double dose of Disney does sound pretty great. Although, I doubt it will come to that!
I have my fingers crossed that everything works out in your favor, Andrea. If you have any other questions or need more insight, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Good luck!
Jackie H.
