Hi! We booked a quick last minute trip to ft wilderness, and had to book one night with a prem. site and the rest we had booked separate with a full hookup . Will we have to go to the overflow lot at check out and wait for check in to go to the next site?

    Hi Ashley!

You will love your Fort Wilderness Resort Walt Disney World vacation. During so many times of the year finding an open site for a reservation can be more difficult then finding a room at a resort. Disney has one of the best campgrounds in the country and many RVers love to spend a week or more here.

Keep checking daily for your one night that you have a different reservation to see if you can switch it over to a Full Hookup site. If that doesn’t happen discuss this one night when you check-in. More then likely they will not have you switch spots. Once you are in a spot they understand how difficult it is to unhook and move. We have never had to move once we are in and they can shuffle things around and make everyone happy. Room and site assignments are a huge puzzle but there are always cancelations at the last minute and they can make everyone happy.

Enjoy your stay and make sure you take time for all the wonderful things to do at Fort Wilderness!
