We are booked at Pop but we did not add tickets and are now wondering if adding them to our key card when we check in will cost more, or the same, as ordering them online and picking them up at Will Call once we get to the parks? We want 4 days plus water.

You can absolutely purchase Park tickets at Disney's Pop Century Resort upon checking in and have them added directly onto your Key to the World card. The great news is that the ticket prices are exactly the same whether you order them online or wait to do it at check-in. It's so convenient to have everything you need right on one convenient card!
