    We have booked at pop century for I week on September 15th we also booked a 5 day hopper with two days free pass wil we qualify for the free quick dining plan

    Hi Nancy, unless you received a special promotion via email from Disney, the first free dining promotion that was available for most of September has expired.  The current free dining promotion is for select days/resorts beginning September 29, 2013.  If you are able to change your vacation to meet the rules of the promotion then you would be eligible to receive the free dining.  Have a wonderful vacation - it will be here soon!
