Ideally, you would receive an email confirmation for your vacation reservation. It can sometimes take a little while for new reservations to be processed and confirmation emails sent. If after a few days you have still not received your email confirmation and your reservation does not yet show up in your
My Disney Experience account, you can reach out to a Cast Member at the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 560-CHAT or (407) 560-2428 during regular business hours of 7 AM through 11 PM. Or you can use the
online chat service, also during business hours.
I hope you enjoy staying at
Disney's Pop Century Resort. We stayed there during our most recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and we loved it! The
recently-remodeled rooms were so comfortable. Our favorite part was the convenient access to the
Disney Skyliner. It was so nice to take a quick aerial gondola ride to
EPCOT or
Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Tony’s Tip: If you have reserved or choose to upgrade to a Preferred Room, you will have convenient access to resort amenities, such as transportation, dining, and shopping. We requested a room in the 60’s area, close to the Disney Skyliner. We loved being just a few steps from the station. Note that specific building or room requests may not always be available. But the wonderful Cast Members will do their best!
