    When I booked the Polynesian Luau, the customer service rep said gratuity was not included. What is an appropriate amount? Some of the cost is for the show, and some is for the dinner.

    Hi, Linda!   Gratuities are included at Disney's Spirit of Aloha Show at the Polynesian.   Click HERE for a PDF detailing Disney Dining.  Page 3 of this document talks about Dinner Shows and states that gratuities are included with Dinner Shows.
