    I have booked the pirate's & pals cruise for me DH & DS's 9&5 for 9/24 what happens if it rains & there can't be fireworks that night? No other night was available the rest of the week we are there. We already pd would they refund money? TH

    Ahoy there Stephanie,

    I absolutely LOVE the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage! As a result of being privileged enough to be a part of the Moms Panel video for the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage, I now have an AWESOME contact there & must send a shout out to him for all his helpfulness. He represents this experience in true Disney fashion & is always willing to help.

    As with any special experience, this event may be cancelled by Disney for a number of reasons but only if it becomes necessary. This voyage includes a land & sea portion. If the entire event is cancelled, they will issue a full refund to your credit card - you will not need to be present or check in to receive your refund.

    There may be times when it looks like they're good to go for the sea portion & something could come up at the last minute. In that case, they'll still have all the desserts, you'll still get to meet Captain Hook & Mr. Smee & the Pirates will still perform in the reception location. If this happens, speak with one of the Cast Members regarding your options.

    If they know in advance that they are canceling the event & have enough time, they will make an effort to contact you ahead of time to let you know. If your cell # (or Disney Resort #) is noted on your reservation, they will try that # first - otherwise they will call the # on your reservation. I always use my cell # on all of my reservations just in case.

    If it looks "iffy", you can call 407-824-3099 to listen to a recorded message. Please keep in mind that this # is not answered - it is strictly a recorded outgoing message & will only state if the voyage is cancelled altogether if the decision to cancel has been made in time to post the message.

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate because I know you'll LOVE Pirates & Pals. Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
