Booked a Pirate themed room at CBR, arriving April 3rd. From what I've read, ALL Pirate rooms are in Trinidad South, yes? are we able to see any of the fireworks at Epcot from CBR? ! 1st time staying here and a bit worried about how big resort is

    Hello again, Laura!

How exciting that you will be staying in a Pirate Room at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. I recently had the opportunity to tour these incredibly themed rooms and loved seeing the updates and renovations that have taken place since our last stay there. You are correct that all Pirate Rooms are all located in Trinidad South, but I am not sure you will have a desirable view of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth from this area. Your best view will be inside Epcot around World Showcase Lagoon.

Caribbean Beach Resort is the largest Disney Resort hotel, so I understand you concern. There are internal buses that shuttle between the six villages and Old Port Royale, which makes traveling around the resort easier. Be sure to plan time to enjoy Fuentes del Morro Pool as this zero-entry pool is themed like a Spanish fortress and offers two water slides. It's the perfect place to cool off on a warm Florida day.

I hope my answer helps to reassure that you have made an excellent choice staying at Caribbean Beach Resort, Laura. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Have a magical day!
