Hi Ashley,
I trust that everyone is excited about this upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort!
Disney's Beach Club Resort is quite lovely and the
Stormalong Bay pool area is absolutely fantastic! Since I am not sure how you booked or plan to book your rooms, I will provide a few possibilities.
If you are using Disney Vacation Club (DVC) points from a member, you should have seen an option to book a
2 Bedroom Lock-Off Villa. This villa would include a Deluxe Studio Villa connected to a 1 Bedroom Villa. It sounds like you were not using DVC points, so I suggest that you call to speak with a cast member in
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. The cast member I spoke with about your question did say that they can make a note on your reservation to request the rooms be close to one another but requests are not guaranteed. The cast member also stressed that reservations made through DVC must be handled by DVC representatives. Keep in mind that if you booked with a travel agent or third party vendor, you may need to go through that travel agent or third party vendor to get help with your reservations.
Since it looks like you have booked or are considering booking a room with Club Level access, let me also say that we enjoyed the
Club Level amenities at Disney's BoardWalk Villas on a trip a few years ago. I will add that having the washer and dryer is a nice feature in the 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom Villas. On our first trip with our girls, we stayed in a 2 Bedroom Villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and I did wash clothes at least three times during our stay.
Ashley, I hope I understood the details of your question! Your arrival date is soon approaching. I trust you have secured some
advanced dining reservations, especially for character meals. Double-check the
park hours for the days of your visit and make plans to see the new fireworks show at EPCOT,
Luminous The Symphony of Us. It is a beautiful show!
Sending a little extra pixie dust hoping you get those rooms settled!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
