Hi there, Ellie Jade. Welcome to planDisney!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to visit the Happiest Place on Earth due to the recently imposed travel restrictions related to the pandemic. I regret to inform you that Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are non-refundable; however, Ellie Jade, please rest assured that you can reschedule your visit for a later time. Even if you cancel your
theme park reservations, your tickets remain valid until their expiration date!
You can cancel and make new park reservations conveniently by logging into your Disney account on the
Disneyland mobile app. On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with your current visit information listed. Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”. Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, tap on “Cancel Reservation”.
Just follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations for your upcoming trip.
Once you’re canceled your current reservation, you can then make theme park reservations for a new date. At this time, you’re able to make reservations up to 120 days in advance. When you’re ready to rebook, just be sure to check out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure the new date you wish to visit is available. Once you’ve successfully made new theme park reservations, you’ll receive a confirmation email with unique QR codes.
If you have more trip-planning questions, please feel free to
write us again. We're all EARs!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
